We offer performance-based bonuses, vacation pay equivalent to 8% of your annual salary, and opportunities for career advancement within our bakery team.

Salary Sales Assistant: Join Broodje Bussum as a Sales Assistant and earn an hourly wage between €10 and €14, depending on experience and skills. In addition to base pay, you may qualify for performance-based bonuses, vacation pay equivalent to 8% of your annual salary, and opportunities for growth within our company.
